M5K Ventures is an independent investment boutique and family office based in London. We actively manage and invest our own capital, combining more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience gained through COPRO, our real estate development boutique in Germany.
Founded to preserve and grow the founder’s assets, M5K Ventures now extends this philosophy to families and professional investors who share our approach.
Our activities focus on complex real estate development, equity investments in established and high-growth companies, particularly in the technology and software sectors, as well as co-working and retreat concepts.
As entrepreneurs first and foremost, we bring a direct, accountable mindset to everything we do. Our success and track record reflect our commitment to disciplined investing, sustainable growth, and lasting partnerships built on trust and transparency.

As Founder and Managing Partner, Marc brings more than 30 years of investment and management experience to the firm.
He founded COPRO as a real estate investment and advisory boutique specialising in residential and commercial properties as well as special situations in Germany.
Under his leadership, COPRO Group established itself as a trusted partner for high-quality real estate developments, delivering more than 35 projects and receiving over 12 design awards. He continues to support the company as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Based in London, Marc manages his own investments and those of co-investors, guided by the principles of discipline, excellence, and responsible development.

Managing Director
As Managing Director of M5K Ventures, Karsten is responsible for the company’s strategic and operational leadership, with direct oversight of its equity investments and the active management of the overall investment portfolio. He also serves as CEO of the COPRO Group.
He began his career in transaction advisory and corporate finance at Ernst & Young and GE Capital in London before becoming Head of a large single family office, focusing on real estate investment and asset management.
Karsten holds a degree in industrial engineering and management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and qualified as a Certified European and International Investment Analyst.
